Sify : Chennai Box-office- June 22 to 28

Rajnikanth's Sivaji is rock steady in Chennai city and the suburbs. This week we are carrying the CBO for the full week (June 22 to 28), on the request of 'Abirami' Ramanathan, the distributor of Sivaji.   Once again Sivaji rules the charts, from five to the number one slot in Chennai city. It has taken the biggest ever two weeks opening in Chennai film history. No other film has been so successful, and it continues to be steady.   According to 'Abirami' Ramanathan:" It is a hit, in two week's, the film has collected a net of Rs 3,45,45250 in 896 shows from 16 screens and 6,73,620 audiences saw it". Truly amazing! In its second week, Sivaji still has no competition. Fantastic Four , the English and its Tamil dubbed version which was the big release of the week could not stand up to the Sivaji wave.
