Sivaji - Shriya's Jataka Dosham

The final shoot schedules of Sivaji are progressing day in and day out in and around Karaikkal and Puducherry. The cast and crew are stationed in Puducherry and the corporation building has been converted into the headquarters of Tamil Nadu crime branch CID.

The interiors of the building has been done with expensive furniture and carpets for the shoots. It is also learnt that the production company – AVM – has decided to gift the furniture and carpets to the corporation after the completion of shoots. Shankar canned the scenes enacted by Shriya, Suman, Shanmugharajan, and Ilavarasu in the building. Earlier, the crew was camped in Thirunallaru and shoots of Shriya bathing in the holy pond to get rid of her dosham before her wedding with the superstar has been canned. Scenes of Shriya performing rituals and the priest explaining her the ceremonies have also been canned. Sivaji is slated for a Tamil New Year release and the first schedule of the movie including dubbing has been wrapped up just before pongal, which was reported by us earlier.
